Wanda Cooper-Jones – the mother of Ahmaud Arbery, a 25 year old blackman who was murdered while jogging in a park in Georgia this February said President Donald Trump was ‘very compassionate’ when he met with families of victims who have suffered police brutality of recent.
She said the President was not just receptive towards her but also to all the families that were present at the White House on Tuesday.
She said: “I was very, very emotional throughout the whole conference,” she said. “He was very compassionate. He showed major concern for all families. Not just one family, but for all families.”
She also said Donald Trump’s executive other on Tuesday is good enough but it’s good for a start.
