According to multiple reports from top sources, France and Juventus midfielder: Blaise Matuildi has become the second player in the club to test positive for #CoronaVirus after Daniele Rugani also tested positive a few days ago.
Fabrizio Romano: Sky Sports Italy Journalist broke the news about thirty minutes ago and other reports has it that the French International has now been placed on isolation.
Juventus also confirmed the incident on its verified twitter account citing that the player tested positive but he is fine. The statement reads thus:
“Blaise Matuidi has undergone medical tests that have revealed his positivity to the Coronavirus-COVID-19.
The player, as of Wednesday 11 March, has been in voluntary home isolation. He will continue to be monitored and will follow the same regime. He is well and is asymptomatic.”
