Bruno Fernandes wins Premier League Player and Goal of the Month awards for June
Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has emerged the big winner as the Premier League awards for June were announced on Friday, July 10th.
Bruno Fernandes won the Player of the Month for June contributing four goals in Manchester United’s resurgence.
His first was against Everton in March while he added a penalty against Tottenham and a brace against Brighton & Hove Albion which made him win the award for the second time in succession.
Bruno Fernandes’s second strike for Manchester United away against Brighton and Hove Albion also won the Goal of the Month award.
Fernandes who ran over 30 yeards to finish the counter-attacking move became the first player to win the Player of Goal of the Month awards together.
Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Nuno Espirito Santo was named the Premier League Manager of the Month for June.
Nuno led Wolves to four wins in five games, scoring seven goals and keeping three clean sheets.
