Eguavoen Cheers Flying Eagles Ahead Of Impending AFCON
Former Super Eagles coach and Technical Director of the NFF, Austin Eguavoen has cheered the Flying Eagles on ahead of the U-20 African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The 2023 U-20 AFCON tournament will take place in Egypt from February 19 to March 11.
The Flying Eagles have been drawn in Group A alongside Egypt, Mozambique and Senegal.
The Flying Eagles touched down in Egypt today and Eguavoen took to Twitter to cheer the team on.
“All the best to Flying Eagles as they head out for the U-20 AFCON in Egypt,” he Tweeted
The Flying Eagles first match will be with the Young Lions of Teranga on February 19 at the Cairo International Stadium.
