Seun Kuti, the son of late Afrobeat legend and political critic, Fela Anikulapo Kuti has told security agents in the country to join the #EndSARS protest if they want better welfare.
The musician and socio-political critic said it is not the duty of the citizens to protest for the increment of police salary.
He said;
If the police don’t like their salary, let them strike and protest.

One of the arguments that have been raised as regards the reason for the extortion of the citizens by the police is their poor welfare condition.
However, Seun Kuti believes that even if the government increase the salary of the police, that doesn’t mean that corruption will end in the force.
