Odion Ighalo’s cool, calm and composed finish against Austrian side LASK in. the first leg round of sixteen of the competition is among UEFA’s top 10 goals for the just-concluded season.
In fact, UEFA’s technical observers picked Odion Ighalo’s goal as the third-best goal of the competition behind Claudiu Kaseru and Ruben Neves in finished first and second respectively on the list.
The Manchester United’s striker scored the opening goal in the 5-0 thumping of the Austrian side as he controlled Bruno Fernandes’ pass with style, made a few switches with the ball from his right leg to his left leg twice before slotting the ball into the top left corner.
