Forever in my Heart! – Sergio Aguero’s farewell message as he departs Manchester City for Barcelona!

Sergio Aguero has officially sent his farewell message to Manchester City as looks set to join Barcelona in the days ahead.

The Argentine striker took to his Twitter page to share his heartfelt farewell message to the club a few hours after the disappointing loss to Chelsea in the Champions League final.

His tweet reads;

*Orgulloso del equipo y de haber vestido tantos años esta camiseta. Manchester City Siempre en mi corazón 💙//Proud of this team and to have worn its colors for so many years. Manchester City, forever in my heart 💙 *

Aguero departs the club after 10 years where he won five Premier League 
titles, six League Cups, and three FA Community Shields.

He is also the club's all-time highest goal scorer with 260 goals.
