Go out there and crush them! – Police IGP charges officers to deal with armed groups! Video 👇

Usman Baba Alkali, the Inspector General of Police has charged officers in various parts of the country to deal with armed groups destabilizing the peace of the country.

While speaking at a recent event, the Police IGP told officers to not only defend their formations or primary areas of responsibility but also go on the offensive against criminal elements.

In his words;

“I, therefore, charge you to defend yourselves courageously against any armed group that attempts to attack you or attack any police assets…Dont sit down and defend your formations or places of work, go out there and look for them as they are calling for you and deal with them ruthlessly”

The past few weeks have witnessed several attacks on police officers, formations, stations as well as other government institutions the especially in the Southeast of the country.
