How and When to use Water-based Cleansers.

Usage depends on the particular one you are using. If you are using the cleansing or Micellar Water, just pour it on a cotton ball and apply it on your face and there is no need to rinse it off afterwards unlike the foaming or gel cleanser.

For the other two, you have to apply them on the palm, rub it together, apply it on your face then rinse afterwards.

When to use them quite preferential in the sense that you can use it based on when you feel like it. For, instance, if you can use the cleansing water at night probably after double-cleansing.
