David “Davido” Adeleke said he is likely to venture into politics later in his career but it will be based on one condition.
Davido said he will only go into politics in the country if there’s a systemic transformation in the political system of the country.
He said he wouldn’t like a situation whereby his opponent(s) will drag him to an election tribunal after winning.
He said this during a recent interview with popular radio station; The Beat FM
Davido said;
To me ehn, before I go into politics, they have to change the whole system. I’m not going to hustle and win the election, be sitting in my office then they will now take me to court and later tell me i did not win. I know if i go into Politics, I will win, it’s obvious
Recall that he campaigned aggressively for his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke during the Osun State Gubernatorial Elections in 2018 and many have tipped him to contest for a political office in the future.
