Ikorodu City Extend Unbeaten Run As Oriental Derby ends Goalless

Ikorodu City extended their unbeaten in the Nigeria Premier Football League to four matches as they bagged a point away at Niger Tornadoes.

The “Oga Boys” avioded defeat as they played a goalless draw at Niger Tornadoes.

Even though the match ended goalless, it was quite an exciting affair as both teams created chances to score.

Ikorodu City goalkeeper, Faith James was unarguably the best player on the pitch as he made a good number of saves to deny the home side on multiple occasions.

Niger Tornadoes’ Papa Daniel came close to giving the home side the lead on the 71st minute grom a well taken strike but was once again denied bu Faith Daniel.

Eventually, the match ended goalless as both sides settled for a draw.
