Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku wins Europa League Player of the Season (video)
On Friday, October 2nd the European governing body announced the winner for the UEFA Europa League Player of the Season award.
The nominees were Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku, Sevilla maestro Ever Banega and Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernades.
Inter Milan striker Lukaku emerged winner of the award.
He led Inter Milan to the final of the competition with seven goals and two assists in just seven appearances.
They however lost to eventual champions Sevilla.
