Jose Peseiro states commitment to Super Eagles, promises to deliver 4th AFCON title

New Super Eagles manager, Jose Peseiro has pledged his commitment to the team as look set to feature the image of the team.after missing out on the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Peseiro in a Twitter post via his verified page also assured Nigerians of delivering the 4th Africa Cup of Nations title which has eluded the team for long while.

Peseiro in his tweets said;

“Pride! It is with great pride and joy that I am the coach of one of the greatest football nations in the world. Commanding the Super Eagles starts with knowing how to respect history, value it and be inspired by its roots.”

“Over 200 million Nigerians, from all states and ethnicities, want the same thing: success.
We will work with great ambition, so that in the end we can finally call Nigeria the “four-time African champions”!

The Portuguese manager will take charge of the team in two international friendly matches against Mexico and Ecuador in May and June 2022 respectively.

The Super Eagles will take on Mexico at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington on the 29th of June and Ecuador four days later.
