LeBron James and Anthony Davis lead the Lakers to No 1 seed in the NBA Western Conference (video)
The dynamic duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis have led the Los Angeles Lakers to the Number One seed in the NBA western conference.
The Lakers in the early hours of Tuesday, August 4th defeated western conference rivals Utah Jazz 116-108.
Anthony Davis went off recording a double-double of 42 points and 12 rebounds and was supported by LeBron James who had 22 points eight rebounds and nine assists.
It was enough for the Lakers to clinch the number one seed in the western conference with five regular-season games left to play.
It was the first time since the Lakers have clinched the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference since the 2009/10 season when Kobe Bryant led them to the championship that year.
