Manchester United defeated Leicester City 3-1 to lift their FA Cup title on this day in 1963. (video)

The FA Cup is the oldest national cup competition in the old aged 149. Garnished with history and tradition, it’s one of the most prestigious titles in England and Manchester United twelve times winners of the competition.

On this day in 1963, Goals from David Herd and Dennis Law gave the Red Devils their third FA Cup title in a 3-1 victory over Leicester City at Wembley Stadium.
