Manchester United knocked out of Champions League by RB Leipzig

Premier League giants Manchester United were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League by German Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.

RB Leipzig went ahead in the second minute through Angelino when he converted a ball by Marcel Sabitzer

Angelino provided the second for Amadou Haidara in the 13th minute.

Amadou Haidara provided the third for Justin Kluivert to score the third in the 69th minute.

In the 80th minute, Bruno Fernandes pulled one back from the penalty spot.

Paul Pogba scored the second for Manchester United but it was not enough.

The result means that Manchester United finished their 2020/21 Champions League third in their group and dropped to the Europa League.
