Nigerian born Josh Maja joins Adarabioyo, Aina at Fulham

Nigerian born Josh Maja has joined English Premier League side Fulham on loan from French Ligue 1 side Bordeaux.

The deal happened on deadline day and was announced on Tuesday, February 2nd.

Fulham boss Scott Parker gave his thoughts about the signing of Josh Maja.

He said, “Deadline day brings drama. I’m very pleased with the signing of Josh [Maja]. He’s young with big potential and he’s a good finisher. We tried to do other bits but competing with Everton was a challenge.”

Speaking to Fulham website Maja said: “I’m really excited and proud to sign for Fulham on loan for the remainder of the season.

“This is a big opportunity and I look forward to meeting up with the team and working hard to achieve positive results.”

Maja joins Nigerian born Tosin Adarabioyo and Ola Aina at Fulham.
