NPFL: Kano Pillars partner Azman Air to fly players to away games

As part of its effort to move Kano Pillars FC to the ‘Next Level’, the management of the club is considering to partner with AZMAN Air Services Limited, ahead of the 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League season.

This was disclosed by the Chairman of the club, Alhaji Surajo Shuaibu Yahaya aka Jambul when he visited the AZMAN Air Services Ltd’s head office, in Kano on Monday.

The chairman said his management want to offer an MOU to AZMAN Air by putting the company’s logo on the Sai Masu Gida’s home and away jerseys for the 2020/2021 Football season.

Alhaji Surajo said it will provide an avenue for AZMAN to sell their product in Nigeria and other African countries.

The seasoned administrator said other areas to be considered in the MOU is to request the company to make discounts whenever flying the Aiteo Cup holders to their away matches including CAF Confederation Cup engagements in the 2020/2021 season.

“We want to partner with AZMAN Air Services for our mutual benefits,” Jambul said.

The chairman said he is optimistic that the mutual agreement would be a stepping stone in promoting relationship between Kano Pillars FC and other private organizations in Nigeria and other parts of the world.

He therefore commended AZMAN Air Services for creating job opportunities and promoting socioeconomic development among the teeming youths in Kano state.

Responding, the chief executive officer CEO, of AZMAN Air, Alhaji Dr. Muhammad Hadi Abdulmunaf expressed his delight on how Kano Pillars is putting smiles to the faces of their fans.

He requested the management of the club to come up with the proposal of their demand and pledged to help the club with available resources.

Kano Pillars will be competing in three major competitions namely the Nigeria Professional Football League, Aiteo Cup and the CAF Confederation cup next season.
