Odion Ighalo wins Manchester United Goal of the Month award
Former Super Eagles forward Odion Ighalo has emerged the winner of Manchester United’s Goal of the Month award for March 2020.
Ighalo’s strike against the Austrian side LASK in their first-leg quarter-final encounter of the Europa League was the winner.
Ighalo’s strike had 32 percent of the votes followed by Scott McTominay’s strike against Manchester City which had 26 percent and in third place was Bruno Fernandes’s strike at Everton, which had 16 percent
Manchester United announced Ighalo as the award winner on Saturday, March 28th with a message on their official Twitter account which said, “What a start to life in a red shirt this man has had Red heart @IghaloJude’s stunner v LASK is our Goal of the Month for March! Glowing star”
