Ogenyi Onazi joins Lithuanian league side, Zalgiris Vilnius from SønderjyskE!

Super Eagles midfielder, Ogemyi Onazi has joined Lithuanian league side, Zalgiris Vilnius from Danish side, SōnderjyskE for an undisclosed fee.

The club announced the arrival of Ogenyi Onazi to the club via a tweet on its official Twitter handle.

The tweet reads;

Delighted to welcome former @OfficialSSLazio & @Trabzonspor_EN_ midfielder @OnaziOgenyi to Vilnius, capital of Lithuania

He brings formidable international experience @ club level and having earned over 50 caps with @NGSuperEagles, whom he helped to win the African Nations Cup.

Ogenyi Onazi joins the Zalgiris Vilnius three months after he arrived at SønderjyskE from Turkish side, Denizlispor on the 4th of October, 2020.

Zalgiris Vilnius are defending champions of the league and they are the most successful side having won eight titles.
