The 1992 European Cup final was contested between Spanish giant : FC Barcelona and Italian Serie A side: Sampdoria at the old Wembley Stadium.
Both teams topped their respective groups in the after the second round of matches and headed straight to the final.
In a keenly contested match between the two sides, Reonald Keoman’s 112nd minute free-kick made the difference on the night as Barcelona won their the European Cup for the first time.
