Ordega Wins Russian Women’s Cup

Super Falcons forward, Francisca Ordega has won the Russian Women’s Cup with CSKA Moscow.

CSKA defeated Zenit 2-1 on Friday, November 4 at the Gazprom Arena.

Tatiana Peteovna scored the first goal of the game in the 36th minute for CSKA and Gabrielle Onguene made it 2-0 nine minutes later.

Ksenia Tsybutobic scored a consolation goal for Zenit in the 47th minute.

Ordega played the entire 90 minutes of the game.

The Super Falcons forward has scored seven goals in 22 games in the Russian Women’s Football Championship this season.

This victory is CSKA Moscow women’s second time of winning the Russian Women’s Cup after winning it in 2017.
