Chelsea went ahead in the 33rd minute through an own goal by Juliano Belletti which they took to the halftime break.
Maxi Lopez equalized for Barcelona in the 67th minute.
In the 73rd minute, Samuel Eto’o scored to put Barcelona in front.
It turned out to be the winner as Barcelona held on for the win in front of 96,650 fans in attendance at the Camp Nou.
