On October 30th, 2012 Arsenal came back from four goals to beat Reading 7-5 in an EFL Cup encounter.
Till today, it holds the record as the highest-scoring match in League Cup history.
Roberts put Reading in front as early as the 12th minute, an own goal by Koscielny in the 18th minute made it two.
Leigertwood made it three in the 20th minute, and Hunt made it four in the 37th minute.
However, Theo Walcott pulled one back for Arsenal in stoppage time of the first half as Reading went to the halftime break 4-1 ahead.
Olivier Giroud scored the second for Arsenal in the 64th minute, Koscielny converted the third for Arsenal in the 89th minute.
Walcott scored again in stoppage time of the second half to tie the game and proceed to extra-time.
Marouane Chamakh put Arsenal ahead in the 103rd minute but Reading equalized in the 116th minute
Walcott completed his hattrick in the 120th minute to put Arsenal ahead with their sixth while Chamakh scored the seventh in extra time second-half stoppage time to seal a memorable in for the Gunners at the Madejski Stadium, Reading.
