The Argentine was a big-name acquisition for Manchester City from Atletico Madrid.
The Citizens were tied with neighbors Manchester United going into the final Premier League fixture of the season.

They however fell behind to a Queen Park Rangers side that were about to be relegated.
The game was heading for a draw and in the last minute, Sergio Aguero scored to win the game and win the first Premier League title for Manchester City.
