Robert Lewandowski wins UEFA Men’s Player of the Year Award!

For the first time in his career, Robert Lewandowski has emerged winner of UEFA’s Men’s Player of the Year Award to round off a remarkable individual season in Europe.

Robert Lewandowski scored 15 goals in 10 matches in the 2019/2020 Champions League season and he also finished top scorer in the German Bundesliga with 34 goals in 31 league appearances for Bayern Munich.

The 32-year-old also won the Forward of the Year award in last season’s UEFA Champions League where Bayern Munich emerged winners in a 1 nil victory over PSG on Lisbon.

Lewandowski narrowly missed out the European Golden Shoe award by two goals as Lazio’s Ciro Immobile emerged winner with 36 goals.
