Ronaldo, Messi missing from UEFA Men’s Player of the Year nominees (video)
For the first time in 10 years Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are missing from the final three nominees for the UEFA Men’s Player of the Year nominees.
European football governing body UEFA on Wednesday, September 23rd announce the final three nominees for the UEFA Men’s Player of the Year award.
The three nominees are Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski and their goalkeeper Manuel Neuer.
The winner of the award will be announced on Friday, October 1st when the Champions League draw is held.
