In what can be described as a gesture of class and respect, fans of Ajax Amsterdam came to the Amsterdam Arena yesterday night to bid their former player, Donny van de Beek farewell.
Donny van de Beek featured in Netherlands 1-0 loss at to Italy at the Amsterdam Arena but the fans of the Dutch club waited outside to say goodbye to their former player who signed for Manchester United last week.
The fans also displayed a banner which reads that the 23-year-old is still one of them regardless.

The midfielder joined the 13-time Premier League champions for a fee in the region of £40m and signed a five-year deal with an extension.
