Super Eagles of Nigeria defender William Troost-Ekong has been rewarded for an outstanding performance.
William Troost-Ekong has been voted the Man of the Match for Championship side Watford.
William Troost-Ekong was the defensive master as Watford recorded a 1-0 away win against Birmingham City in a Championship game played on Saturday, December 12th.
A penalty converted by captain Troy Deeney sealed the win for Watford.
Watford has now announced that William Troost-Ekong was voted the man of the match for the victory.
A statement to confirm that William Troost-Ekong was the man of the match was posted on the official Watford website.
