RICHARD MOFE-DAMIJO (Actor, Model)

Born July 6, 1961

Richard Eyimofe Evans Mofe-Damijo popularly known as RMD is an actor and former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State.
Mofe-Damijo was born in Aladja community of Udu Kingdom, near Warri, Delta State. He attended Midwest College, Warri and Anglican Grammar School and also continued his education at the University of Benin where he studied Theatre Arts.
Mofe-Damijo’s breakthrough came in the late 80’s television soap opera titled Ripples.
He has been featured in different movies like 30 Days in Atlanta (2014), The Wedding Party (2016), 10 Days in Sun City (2017) and The Wedding Party 2 (2017) amongst others.

RITA DOMINIC (Actress, Movie producer)

Born July 12, 1975

Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic Nwaturuocha is a Nigerian actress and member of the Royal Nwaturuocha family of Aboh Mbaise local government area of Imo State.
The 44 year old actress attended the Federal Government College Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State and also furthered her education at the University of Port Harcourt, where she graduated with a BA (Honors) Degree in Theatre Arts in 1999.
Rita Dominic starred in her first movie, A Time to Kill in 1998 and won the City People Awards 2004 as the Most Outstanding Actress.
She has starred in over 100 Nollywood productions and has won over 10 awards in the Nollywood film industry.

WOLE SOYINKA (Author, Nobel laureate)

Akinwande Oluwole Babatunde Soyinka popularly known as Wole Soyinka was born on July 13, 1934. He is a Nigerian playwright, poet and essayist.
He was awarded the 1986 Nobel Prize in Literature, the first sub-Saharan African to be honored in that category, Academy of Achievement Golden Plate Award 2009, Anisfield-Wolf Book Award Lifetime Achievement United States 2013, 2014: International Humanist Award, “Special Prize” of the Europe Theatre Prize2017 amongst many others.

Peter Osaze Odemwingie is a retired Nigerian professional footballer who played as a forward and winger.
Odemwingie grew up in Uzbekistan and Russia and began his career with Bendel Insurance in the Nigeria Premier League. He then earned a move to European football with Belgian side La Louvière where he spent three seasons winning the Belgian Cup before moving to French side Lille.
The retired footballer represented the country over 60 times, including at two World Cups and four Africa Cup of Nations, as well as winning silver at the 2008 Olympics.

The singer has also worked with other artists such as Bondax, Jake Gosling, Knox Brown, Plan B and Wretch 32.

MANUEL OBAFEMI AKANJI (Footballer)

He is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a defender for Borussia Dortmund and Switzerland national team though of Nigerian parentage.
Akanji made his debut in the senior team in the 2–0 win against Faroe Islands in the 2018 World Cup qualification match on 9 June 2017 and was included in the Swiss team 23 man squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
