UCL: I hope to get to the final again – Cristiano Ronaldo speaks ahead of Juventus’ trip to Porto

UEFA Champions League all-time top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo is hopeful he and Juventus will get to the final of the competition as they take on FC Porto in the first of the round of sixteen away at the Estadio do Dragao.

Cristiano Ronaldo, the five-time Ballon D’or recipients admitted that FC Porto are a strong and efficient side but Juventus have greater ambition and the team is 100% ready for the game.

The Juventus striker took to his verified Twitter page to express his thoughts ahead of the match.

In his words;

Tomorrow we have a very important game against a very strong team and I can only hope that it may be the beginning of the long walk we want to take until the final. Respect for the opponent, ambition for the victory and 100% focus on our goals. Let’s go, guys! Fino Alla Fine! 💪🏽 

The last time Cristiano Ronaldo played in a Champions League final was in 2018 where he helped his former side, Real Madrid win their 13th title in a 3-1 win over Liverpool in Kyiv.
