“The World Cup qualifiers will start soon and I think we will be able to do well,”
Nigerians should expect good football again and on a good pitch, I hope. Lagos did very well but they still have to improve especially in the area of traffic.
“It’s going to be a serious World Cup qualification. The record of our results is very good and I know we were unbeaten in all our away games (during the AFCON qualifiers) which are wonderful and very nice.
“We have to continue because we want to always be the best but at the same time you can’t win all your matches.”
The Super Eagles will take on Cape Verde, Central African Republic, and Liberia in the World Cup qualifying series before taking on a yet to be decided team on a home and away basis before securing their World Cup ticket.
