2baba shows off Burna Boy’s Grammy award (photo)
There is news about Nigerian singer, songwriter, rapper, and dancer Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu known professionally as Burna Boy,
Nigerian singer, musician, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, humanitarian, and activist Innocent Ujah Idibia, known by his stage name 2Baba is also involved in the news with Burna Boy.
In a post on his official Instagram account, 2baba a veteran showed off the Grammy Award plaque recently won by Burna Boy.
Along with the picture was a statement that said, “History made IT WAS ALL A DREAM Now its REALITY @burnaboygram.
At the 2021 Grammy Awards held on Sunday, March 14, Burna Boy emerged winner of the Best Global Music Album award for his body of work Twice as Tall.
To win Burna Boy beat other nominees in the category such as Antibalas (FU Chronicles), Bebel Gilberto (Agora), Anoushka Shankar (Love Letters), and Tinariwen (Amadjar).
