Edna Imade Picks Spain Over Nigeria As She Gets Maiden Call-up

Talented Super Falcons target, Edna Imade has finally made a decision on her international future picking Spain over Nigeria.

Edna Imade could not hide her excitement as he received an invitation to the Spanish national team for the first time.

Imade watched her initiation live on television with her Real Sociedad teammates and covered her face in excitement as he heard her name.

The forward was overwhelmed with emotions as her teammates congratulated her on her maiden call-up to the national team.

Edna Imade’s invitation to the Spanish national team probably ends her chances of featuring for the Super Falcons, who have shown keen interest in her over the last few months.

The head coach of the 10-time African champions, Justin Madugu, recently said that the player has not yet made up her mind about playing for the country or not.

Imade has had a terrific start to the season with seven goals in eight matches in the Women’s Spanish La Liga.

Edna Imade was born on October 5, 2000, in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. She spent her early life in the country before her family moved to Morocco, where she spent part of her childhood before settling in Spain.
