Kevin De Bruyne sustained an injury when he clashed with Antonio Ruediger.
De Bruyne had to be substituted for Gabriel Jesus and has revealed that he sustained a Acute nose bone fracture.
De Bruyne on Twitter said, “Hi guys just got back from the hospital. My diagnosis is Acute nose bone fracture and left orbital fracture. I feel okay now. Still disappointed about yesterday obviously but we will be back”
