Arsenal 1 West Ham 0: Can the Gunners make a late push for Champions League football?
Arsenal recorded a 1-0 win over West Ham United in a Premier League encounter played at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, March 7th.
Despite failing to play a shot on target in the first half, the Gunners came back to secure bragging rights in the London Derby.
The only goal of the game was scored by substitute Alexander Lacazette in 78th minute when he converted a ball through to him by Mesut Ozil which had to be confirmed by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
The win gives Arsenal three points which lifts them to ninth on the table. However they are just three points behind fifth placed Wolverhampton Wanderers and also have a game in hand.
