With the ban on Twitter by the Nigerian Government now effective, users will not be able to access the microblogging application through their various local network providers.
However, you can access Twitter by downloading any of the following VPNs;

The ban on Twitter comes after President Buhari’s “genocidal” tweet was deleted on Wednesday, June 2nd, and the accusation labeled on its operation in the country by the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed on Thursday.
Lai Mohammed had earlier accused Twitter of having a suspicious motive in the country in a press conference a day after President Buhari’s tweet was deleted.
