Best Graduating student from Benue State University laments not receiving the N30,000 he was promised after eight years! Details👇

Benue State University

A Facebook user named Bojande Desmond Tavar said he is yet to receive the 30,000 naira he was promised after he emerged the best graduating student in Sociology from the Benue State University after eight years of graduation.

Bojande Tavar took to his Facebook page to share the certificate that showed that he was awarded “The Inspector General of Poice Prize for the Best Graduating Student in Criminology Department of Sociology” which is worth 30,000 naira.

He said each time he tenders the certificate to the bursary department of the University, they keep on giving him fake assurances as regards the payment of the prize.

“I didn’t get 1 Kobo from this after 8 years
Each time the document is presented to the bursary for payment they will simply ask me to wait
The 30k will make sense during this lockdown
Should I sue the Benue State University or the Nigerian Police?”  Bonjande wrote on his Facebook wall.
