German Bundesliga side, Borrusia Dortmund have parted ways with their French manager, Lucien Favre after the humiliating 1-5 home loss to Stuttgart yesterday.
Borrusia Dortmund are currently fifth on the log with 19 points but his sack comes after three consecutive home losses to Champions Bayern Munich, FC Koln and the most recent – Stuttgart.
The club confirmed his sack via a statement on their official Twitter page a few minutes ago.

The club would like to thank Lucien for his dedication and wish him success in his future.
Assistant coach Edin Terzic has been appointed as interim manager until the end of the current season. Terzic’s coaching team will be joined by Sebastian Geppert and Otto Addo.
The club’s Chief Executive Officer, Hans-Joachim Watzke thanked the manager for his time and contribution to the club in the last two years.

Favre was appointed as manager of Borussia Dortmund, with a 2-year contract. During his first season, he became the first-ever coach in the club’s history to go on a 15 Bundesliga games unbeaten run.
