Sergio Aguero, according to multiple sources has agreed to join Barcelona after Manchester City Champions League final showdown with Chelsea on May 29.
The Argentine striker has been linked to Catalan giants after Manchester City confirmed that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season.
European transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano also confirmed the development via his Twitter page.
He also revealed that Barcelona is, also likely to sign Memphis Depay from Lyon.
