Etoile Filante captain Abdoulaye Zongo says that his side will defeat Rivers United the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Both teams played out a 0-0 draw in the first leg on Sunday, September 17.
Zongo said he and his teammates have weighed the performance of Rivers United.
“We are confident in our ability as we have weighed the performance of Rivers United in the first leg,” Zongo said

“The players know what is at stake and we are ready to achieve victory in the tie against Rivers United in Nigeria.”
The second leg will take place on Sunday, October 1 at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt.
Rivers United made it to the quarter final of the CAF Confederation Cup last season.
