Chelsea have been encouraged by a double boost ahead of their Premier League clash with Burnley on Saturday evening at Stamford Bridge as two of their stars return from injury, according to Daily Post.
Chelsea stars, Mason Mount and N’Golo Kante, resumed the club’s training on Wednesday ahead of the Burnley clash this weekend.
Mount was involved in Chelsea training after overcoming his illness, while Kante, who has been recovering from a muscle injury, also took part in the training.
Mason Mount has created more chances than any other England player during World Cup qualifying (13), while no player has more assists (2).
The Chelsea man is now one of the first names on the teamsheet for the three lions.
Both players missed Chelsea’s 1-0 win against Malmo in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The pair will now hope to get minutes for Thomas Tuchel’s side against Burnley.
The Blues are currently on top of the Premier League table with 25 points from 10 matches.
Tuchel’s side are three points ahead of Liverpool (second position) on the log.
