Coach Gernot Rohr will get a contract renewal on these conditions – NFF President: Amaju Pinnick

The contract issue of Super Eagles coach: Gernot Rohr and the Nigeria Football Federation to date, is till hanging in the balance with no breakthrough yet.

Reports has it that Gernot Rohr is free to talk to other suitors with less than three months to the end of his current contract with the Nigeria Football Federation led by Amaju Pinnick

In addition, the Nigeria Football Federation has given Gernot Rohr some conditions for his contract to be extended or renewed. While speaking on Arise News TV of recent, Amaju Pinnick said:

“We have told him. He must live in Nigeria. His salary will be in Naira. He must go around the leagues and see how he can nurture the players.

“If he is able to accept it, we have a deal. There are a lot of coaches that want to coach Nigeria.”

Gernot Rohr current contract which he signed before the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia is set to expire this June.
