The Falconets of Nigeria have progressed into the third round of the 2022 FIFA U-20 ladies’ World Cup qualifiers.
The Nigerian ladies whipped Central African Republic 4-0 in the second leg of the qualifiers, played at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium, Onikan on Wednesday.
Following the outcome, the Falconets advance 11-0 on cumulative score subsequent to winning the fiest leg 7-0.
The Falconets will take on either Egypt or Congo iin the third round of the qualifiers.
Different nations that have so far equipped for the third round are Ghana, Ethiopia and Gabon.
Two teams will represent Africa at the tournament in Costa Rica in 2022 at the end of the fifth round.
