Nigerian winger Henry Onyekuru has signed for Al-Fayha, a club in the Saudi Pro League for a fee in the region of €3.2m.
Onyekuru took to his Twitter page to confirm the news as he shared pictures of him and a club official holding his shirt in a tweet he captioned as: “New Home, Let’s Go”
The former Adana Demirspor winger signed a two-year deal and will be remain with the club until 2025.
The Nigerian international spent last season at the Turkish club where he scored 8 goals and provided 2 assists in 28 league appearances.
This will be Onyekuru’s first time of playing outside of Europe having played for 8 clubs since he arrive at Everton from Aspire Academy in 2017.
Henry Onyekuru has been out of the national team for over year. He last featured for the team in 2022.
Onyekuru will wear jersey number 7 as he starts his adventure at the Saudi club.
