As a sign that they’d practically qualified for the next round of the Europa League, Manchester United players were granted the luxury of jetting abroad on holidays this week by manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer.
Odion Ighalo, Victor Lindelof and Nemanja Matic were among the players who jetted off after the Premier league season ended despite the Europa League second leg round of 16 against LASK of Austria coming up on August 10.
The United Kingdom re-imposed a 14-day quarantine restrictions on all travellers from Spain last week, taking all tourists by surprise and Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned that the travel corridor could be closed on other European countries amidst fears of a second wave of the Corona virus.
