Inter Milan’s striker Romelu Lukaku said Inter Milan will be back, better and stronger next season after the Neruzurri finished the season on a rather disappointing note.
Romelu Lukaku was gutted as Inter Milan lost 3-2 to Sevilla in the Europa League final on Friday but he believes strongly that the team will improve on their performance next season.
The Belgian all-time highest goal scorer took to his twitter handle to first, appreciate the fans for their unwavering support for him and the team all through the season, before recounting his disappointment and assurances of a better outing next season.
“One thing is for sure, Inter is not dead, this experience will make us better as a team. There’s unity and we are heading in the right direction”  His message partly read.

Romelu Lukaku had a very brilliant debut season as he equalled Ronaldo Delima’s record of most goals in a debut season – 34.
He also tied the record for third-most goals scored in a single season in Inter’s 112-year-old history. The only two with are Samuel Eto’o (37 in 2010-11) and Antonio Angelillo (36 in 1958-59).
