Renowned Islamic preacher, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi has meet with the abductors of the students of staffs of the Government Science College, Kagara on Thurdsay.
According to reports, the meeting took place inside the in the Tagina forest along the border of Niger and Kaduna states.
Recall that the students and some of the staffs of the school were kidnapped from the school premises in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
However, Sheikh Gumi in a meeting the abductors, bandits suspected to be loyalist to the Abubakar Shekau-led Boko Haram, appealed for peace.
Sheikh Gumi said the abductees will be set free after meeting the armed group.
