The players and officials of Kano Pillars Football club have taken the mandatory COVID-19 test ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup match against Senegalese side, ASC Jaraaf in Dakar.
This was made known in a post via the club’s official Twitter page with pictures of some of the players including the club’s captain, Rabiu Alli undergoing the test.
The post reads;
“The players and officials have undergone mandatory covid-19 tests inline with the @NCDCgov, @thenff, @CAF_Online and @FIFAcom requirements ahead of our trip to Senegal for the CAFCC clash with ASC Jaraaf.”

Kano Pillars will take on the Senegalese side on Friday 27th in the first leg before the return fixture six days later.
The former NPFL champions will begin their 2020-2021 league campaign away at Adamawa United on the 6th of December.
