Leicester City beat Sheffield United 2-0 to keep Champions League hopes alive (video)

Leicester City beat Sheffield United 2-0 in a matchday 36 Premier League encounter played at the King Power Stadium on Thursday, July 16th.

The Foxes needed a win to keep their Champions League hopes alive which is what they did.

Debutant Luke Thomas created the first goal for Ayoze Perez in the 29th minute as Leicester City went to the halftime break ahead.

The second was scored in the 79th minute when Jamie Vardy supplied Demarai Gray to slot home.

The win means Leicester City maintain their fourth position on the table just one point behind Chelsea with just two games left.
